Doctible

We have been nothing short of 100% satisfied with the service we receive through Doctible. The programming has made managing our busy dental practice smooth and efficient. Everything from Patient Communicator to Easy Fill to Patient Recall has cut our time spent on these tasks in half AND produced better results! Melissa and the rest of the support staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We will be using this product for a long time to come.

We get calls from them every 3-4 days, every time, we ask to be put on a DO NOT CALL list as we are not interested in the product. Today, we had a call from Julian. Very pleasant at first, but would not get the hint when I asked to be put on a do not call list, again, and that we are not interested. I get it, you're in sales and want to make a sale. But we are simply not interested. After having to interrupt him several times to reiterate that we are not interested, he just said "alright, whatever" and hung up. I get it, but please, stop calling us. Update: we received a very nice message regarding our review and feel like the company did just make a mistake and had a couple of our business names in their system. Thank you for making the effort in responding to my review.

**edited to add 11/18/23 - I stand behind this original review. We switched to another similar review generation company after we went the entirety of the 'missing' contract. We decided to come back to Doctible as they expressed changes their company has made and we would be satisfied with them moving forward. We resigned a contract with them, and kept a copy of the contract. However, after signing the contract, we were informed they NO LONGER integrate with Dentrix Ascend and we were STILL BOUND to a contract for 18 months. Not a single person informed our office about this, instead told us we needed to sign the contract within 24 hours. We were told that if they still cannot integrate in March of 2024, they would terminate the contract. That is five months away. Five months of using a service that doesn't even work for us. Wow. I stand behind the original comment stating communication with them is very poor. I do not recommend Doctible to any dental office. I do not recommend Doctible. I signed a contract with them for 12 months, in the middle of the contract they increased my fees and said they had no copy of my contract so they would no longer honor it. Communication with them is very poor.

We have been using Doctible for our optometry practice since November 2020. It has been great from the start! Our google reviews have gone up significantly since using Doctible! When we started we had around 300 google reviews now we have over 700+ reviews. Patients love that we can text them, it makes our jobs a lot easier as well. We also enjoy the ease of the digital patient forms that we can easily text or email to patients! If we ever have any questions or issues the chat customer support is always quick to help resolve the issue. We definitely recommend Doctible to anyone looking to enhance patient communication and engagement.
